RGU Plan Room is a tool that will provide you with the opportunity to use the internet to share and manage your plan and project information.

The RGU Plan Room will be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  This allows your jobs to be viewed with just a click of the mouse.  Find what you need, E-Mail your print order, then pick up or ship your plans.  Yes, it's just that easy!

RGU Digital Plan room allows users fast and easy access to project information by simply login on to the service and highlighting the jobs they want to see. Contractors can obtain up to the minute information on job revisions, specification changes, along with updates on any scheduling delays.

RGU Digital Plan room never closes; project information is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  With a click of the mouse, users can review the job plans and specifications, and determine if they want to bid the job.

Jobs are divided into two sections: public and private.  Public jobs are available and accessible for anyone to view while private jobs are accessible only with an assigned password from the architectural firm, engineering firm, general contractor or the construction manager.

Companies posting documents have complete control as to content and also have the option to post changes at any time during the project.
